Terms of Service

By placing an order with SMM Bear, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service, whether you have read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing an order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.

1. General Service Policies

  • Platform Compliance: You will only use the SMM Bear website in a manner that complies with all agreements made with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service pages.
  • Rate Changes: SMM Bear rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment and refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
  • Delivery Estimations: SMM Bear does not guarantee a specific delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation, and we will not refund orders that are currently processing if you feel they are taking too long.
  • Service Modifications: SMM Bear strives to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our resellers. In certain cases, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to successfully complete an order.

2. Order Fulfillment & Account Policies

  • Concurrent Orders: Do not place a second order for the same link while your initial order is still processing. Your balance may not be refunded if the first order fails to complete due to this conflict.
  • Account Security: We do not accept any responsibility for your actions or account security. All issues regarding account standing belong solely to the client.
  • Profile Consistency: Make sure your username or link remains the same as it was at the time of the order. If it is changed, we cannot refill your quantity. You must revert it to the original link for a refill request to be processed.
  • Profile Privacy: Your social media profile (e.g., Instagram) must remain public during the order process. If a profile is set to private, or if content privacy settings are changed after an order is placed, no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations: We cannot cancel an order once it is placed. Please review the service description carefully before ordering.
  • Start Counts: Our system logs the start count when you place an order and marks it completed after reaching the final count. We will not cancel or alter an order based on claims that the views/likes/subscribers came from organic fans or a third-party seller.

3. Refund & Refill Policy

  • Partial Orders: When an order is marked as "Partial," the remaining balance for the unfulfilled portion is automatically added back to your SMM Bear account.
  • Drop Below Start Count: If your metric count drops below the original start count logged when you placed the order, we will not refill your order. This indicates that your old, pre-existing followers are dropping, and our refill guarantees do not cover old orders.
  • Fund Deposits: No refunds to original payment methods will be issued once funds are deposited into your SMM Bear wallet, regardless of mistaken additions. You must use your deposited funds for services on the panel.
  • Overlapping Orders: If you experience an issue with an order (such as drops or incomplete delivery), please do not place another order for the same link before receiving your replacement or resolution. We will not provide refunds for overlapping orders, as our system cannot determine which server delivered the metrics.

4. Refer & Earn Affiliate Program Rules

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following strict guidelines:

  1. No Self-Referrals: You and your referral must not be the same person. We strictly monitor this via IP addresses and other backend tracking methods.
  2. Spending Ratios: Your account spending must be relatively proportionate to your referral's spending.
  3. Account Activity: Both your account and your referral's account must be active and have placed an order within the last 15 days of your payout request.
  4. Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend your affiliate privileges instantly if we detect fraudulent activity or cheating.
